When the 180 days begin
The published manufacturer policy says the guarantee is based on the date of your order, not the date the package arrives. Keep the original order confirmation so you can establish that date.
Policy checked September 29, 2026. The seller’s current terms and your purchase agreement govern your order. Read the full return policy ↗ before relying on a summary.
What needs to be returned
The policy instructs customers to return any remaining unopened bottles. It says opened or empty bottles do not need to be returned. It also says returned bottles must not be damaged and asks for the shipping packing slip.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Contact support for the correct address and instructions before mailing a package; do not send returns to this website.
How to request a refund
- Contact the seller using the current details on your receipt or product packaging.
- Provide your first and last name, order email and order-confirmation number.
- Ask which bottles must be returned and confirm the return address.
- Ask whether original shipping, taxes or other charges are included in the refund.
- Keep proof of postage, tracking and correspondence until the refund is complete.
The published policy gives an estimated refund-processing period of five to seven business days. Actual posting to a payment account may depend on the payment provider.
Clarify shipping costs before returning
The policy includes both a statement about refunding the original purchase and a separate reference to refunds including shipping and handling. Because that wording is not fully consistent, confirm the amount with support for your particular order.
A satisfaction guarantee does not mean a purchase is free of conditions or incidental costs. Our package comparison shows the displayed upfront U.S. shipping amounts.
